Owners
Jason Auyer
Licensed Certified Prosthetist Orthotist, Owner
Jason Auyer is married to Rachael Auyer and is a father to their four sons: Samuel, Levi, Benjamin, and Matthew. He and his family currently reside in Flowery Branch, Georgia. He is a part of 12Stone Church and enjoys the outdoors, Syracuse football and basketball, recreational soccer, and hanging with his family.
Professionally, Jason's career began in 2005. Upon receiving his BSME (Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering) from Cedarville University, he worked under Jim Hughes and Marc Kaufman at the former Atlanta Prosthetics and Orthotics as a technician. While there, he received his certification in Prosthetics and Orthotics from Northwestern University. Immediately following, he completed his orthotic and prosthetic residency under the supervision of Marc Kaufman, Jim Hughes, and Will Holbrook. Jason has his national certification through the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics and is licensed in Prosthetics and Orthotics through the state of Georgia. While working in the Atlanta, Monroe, and Athens offices, he was promoted to clinic manager for AP&O for the Gainesville office location. He held that position until Hanger acquired AP&O in 2014. While at Hanger, Jason worked as the clinic manager for the Gainesville office for 10 months. He then took a position with Alabama Artificial Limb and Orthopedic Services. His dream was always to own his own office to provide quality care for patients, as well as a space for professional development for practitioners. He specializes in and is passionate about the pediatric community as well as dysvascular amputees.

Rachael Auyer
Marketing Director, Owner
Rachael Auyer is married to Jason Auyer and mother to their four sons: Samuel, Levi, Benjamin, and Matthew. Rachael received her BA in Secondary Spanish Education from the University of North Georgia and formerly taught in Forsyth County Schools. She enjoys reading, exercising, and family time, and is an active member of 12stone Church. She is currently serving Alliance as a Marketing Director. She looks forward to working with patients to achieve goals while making lifelong friendships and connections.

Alyson Abernathy
Chief Financial Officer
Alyson joined the Alliance team when they opened in October 2016 as the office and billing manager. With the company's growth, Alliance hired an office manager in May 2021, and she was promoted to the Chief Financial Officer. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from North Georgia College and State University and has had over 20 years of experience in the finance and accounting field. Alyson handles all things related to accounting, billing, and compliance for Alliance. Alyson cares deeply about our patients and works hard on their behalf to make sure we have all the documents so insurance pays. Alyson and her husband have 2 children. When Alyson is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family watching movies, hiking, watching her children play sports, and working out.
Michael Mantooth
MBA-HM, Director of Operations
Michael Mantooth joined the Alliance team in December 2024. He is married to Jessica Mantooth, who also works in the healthcare field, and is a happy dog parent. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of North Georgia and his MBA from Western Governors University during the pandemic. Always striving for opportunities to be of the most service, he is a US Army combat veteran, helped with humanitarian efforts in New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina, worked in the emergency room during the COVID-19 pandemic, and helped run a free medical clinic in Georgia. He has a strong heart for the homeless and at-risk population and prides himself on running toward danger so others may not have to. While relaxing, he enjoys reading, watching Formula 1, and traveling with his wife.

Beth Yun
Licensed Certified Prosthetist Orthotist
Beth joined Alliance in June of 2023, moving with her husband and three children from Naperville, IL. She studied Biology at Taylor University and then worked in a research lab for 7 years before deciding to stay home to focus on raising her family. She knew she wanted to move into patient care, and prosthetics and orthotics were a great match for her background and skill set. She attended Northwestern University and completed a master’s degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics in 2021, and then her residency with Hanger Clinic in May 2023. Beth loves rehabilitation and being part of the care team that helps her patients reach their goals. She also speaks Spanish and considers it a privilege to serve her Spanish-speaking patients in their first language. When not at work, Beth enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, all things water, and most of all, sleeping!
Victoria Wilson
Licensed Certified Prosthetist Orthotist
Victoria joined Alliance in June 2022 as a Prosthetic and Orthotic Resident. She earned her bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics and a Master's in Biomedical Engineering from Cornell University. She worked previously as a research assistant in the field of O&P and later wanted to work more directly with patients. She then completed her Master’s in Prosthetics and Orthotics from Alabama State University in 2022. Victoria strives to be a jack-of-all-trades and loves to learn new things. She enjoys painting, exercising, and being outdoors in her free time. She enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her handsome dog, Gizmo.
Onny Mbagwu
Board Eligible Prosthetist/Orthotist
Onny joined Alliance in June 2022 as an Orthotic and Prosthetic Resident. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pre-Med from Georgia State University in 2019, and her Master of Science in Prosthetics and Orthotics from the International Institute of Orthotics and Prosthetics (IIOP) in 2021. Onny loves helping the underserved, creating meaningful bonds with people, and has always been volunteering in her community. When she is not at work, she likes to sing, dance (Afrobeat and hip hop), write music, play piano, play tennis, spend time with family and friends, and enjoys all the little and big things life has to offer.
Saydee Keith
Orthotic Resident, Certified Prosthetist
Saydee joined Alliance Prosthetics and Orthotics in July 2024. She graduated from Birmingham-Southern College, where she played softball and earned her Bachelor of Science in Applied Computer Science. She then pursued a Master of Science in Prosthetics and Orthotics at Alabama State University. After graduation, she completed her prosthetics residency under the guidance of Brian Mueller at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama. Passionate about helping others recognize their worth and achieve their mobility goals, she thrives in supporting individuals through challenging seasons of life. Outside work, she enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, staying active, traveling, and being outdoors.
Vanessa Flores
Prosthetic and Orthotic Assistant
Vanessa joined Alliance Prosthetics and Orthotics in 2023 as a Prosthetic and Orthotic Assistant, after a 4-year career in acute care rehab. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Health, and Fitness from the University of North Georgia in 2020. Vanessa is most fulfilled when helping those with physical limitations. Her highest priority is assisting patients to achieve their personal goals and surpass their expectations. When she is not at work, you can find Vanessa spending time with her husband and son, curating charcuterie boards, volunteering at her church’s School of Religion, and traveling.
Dave Mitchell
Co-Director of Clinical Operations
David brings over 27 years of experience in orthotics and prosthetics, beginning his career as a lab technician in 1996 before entering residency in 1998 and earning his ABC certification in both prosthetics and orthotics in the early 2000s. Throughout his career, he has contributed his clinical expertise to several independent practices and Hanger clinics across the southeastern United States.
From 2012 to 2023, David held leadership roles at Össur, serving as a Senior Clinical Specialist and later as Senior Clinical Manager, where he supported clinicians nationwide and played a key role in product education and innovation. In 2023, David joined Elevate Movement as Clinical Director, bringing a strong commitment to patient care outcomes, clinical training, and team collaboration. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Delaware and completed his training in prosthetics and orthotics at the Northwestern University Prosthetic and Orthotic Center in 1997. David is ABC certified and licensed to practice in the state of Georgia. Outside of work, David enjoys hiking, gardening, reading, music, and, most importantly, spending quality time with his family.

Jessica Fleeman
Data Analyst
Jessica joined Alliance in June 2020 as a Patient Care Coordinator for our Gainesville location, and she now works as our data analyst in both offices. She was a manager at Chick-fil-A for a time before bringing her drive to take care of people to Alliance. She has a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of our patients. Jessica is a native Georgian, born and raised in Gainesville. When not at work, Jessica loves playing games, reading, serving at 12 Stone Church in the children's ministry, and spending time with friends and family.
Leticia Mejia
Office Manager
Leticia joined Alliance in August 2021 as a Patient Care Coordinator. She was born in Mexico and moved to the United States at a very young age, where she grew up and married her husband, Jairo. She worked in manufacturing quality for many years, making sure customers were always satisfied with the products. Leticia has a passion for caring and loving others, ensuring they are always happy. When Leticia is not at work, she can be found either at home cooking, watching movies, or serving her church.
Laine Johnson
Marketing Assistant and Patient Care Coordinator
Laine joined Alliance Prosthetics and Orthotics in April of 2022 as a Patient Care Coordinator for our Braselton location. She is also now the marketing assistant for both offices and runs our social media! She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of North Georgia in 2020. She has a passion for helping people and ensuring everyone's voices are heard. When not at work, Laine enjoys volunteering at her church and watching the 2 and 3-year-olds. She also loves going to the park with her dogs to walk and enjoys spending time at the lake with her family and friends.
Cindy Rodriguez
Patient Care Coordinator
Cindy joined Alliance Prosthetics and Orthotics in July of 2023 as a full-time Patient Care Coordinator in our Gainesville office. Before joining the Alliance team, Cindy worked at Kia Mall of Georgia and RX Plus Pharmacy. She has lived in Gainesville her entire life and is very passionate about helping others in her community. Whenever she is not at work, Cindy enjoys working on cars, playing games, and spending time with her family.
Karen Perez
Patient Care Coordinator
Karen joined Alliance Prosthetics and Orthotics in August 2024 as our Gainesville Patient Care Coordinator. A proud Georgia native and graduate of Johnson High School, Karen brings a strong foundation in healthcare and a genuine passion for helping others. Before joining our team, she gained valuable hands-on experience during an internship at Northeast Georgia Medical Center, where she worked across several departments, including the North Tower Front Desk, Emergency Room, and Pre-Surgical Testing. These experiences helped her build strong communication skills and a deep understanding of patient care. Outside work, Karen enjoys spending quality time with her family and her cat, Snow. She's also a music lover at heart and can often be found singing in her free time.

Megan Davis
Compliance Manager
Megan joined the Alliance team in 2021 after a 7-year career in Special Education. She has education degrees from the University of Georgia, Georgia Southern, and Georgia College and State University. During her time teaching, Megan realized her strengths were organization, data analysis, and routine, which have all been put to good use in her role as Compliance Manager at Alliance. Her goal in any work she does is to ease the burden of others and make their life easier. Megan is a native of Georgia, born and raised near and around Athens, GA. Go Dawgs! Megan has 2 children and a Goldendoodle named Buffett. When not at work, you can find her reading, traveling, or spending time with her family.
Ashley Parr
Compliance Officer
Ashley Parr joined Alliance Prosthetics and Orthotics in April 2023. She has a background in the medical field as a Medical Assistant, as well as in Special Education. She took a step back from the working world to care for her three babies, two of whom have special needs and require orthotics, which is why she wanted to join the team here at Alliance! Ashley has a passion for special needs babies and their families. Whatever she can do to make their lives a little happier, a little less burdensome, you name it, she wants to do it! When she is not working, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, singing, serving at 12 Stone Church, and cooking!
